Our founder, Amy Ogle, MS, RDN, is uniquely positioned to aid in educational resource development. Ogle is a nationally recognized clinician, educator, and co-author of Before Your Pregnancy with over 28 years of expertise in nutrition (trauma-informed), exercise physiology, and experience in in-patient mental health settings as well as community and outpatient health settings.
