What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We currently have a table of contents of all the policies and procedures we need in our Employee Handbook. I specifically need support developing the handbook based on the current unwritten policies and systems we have in place.

What we have in place
  • We currently have excerpts from an old handbook & mentorship handbook manuals, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a great staff to develop and provide supportive materials, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to allowing us to provide Super Saturday trips for over 50 mentors and mentees!

In July of 2019 we were awarded our biggest funding source yet from DCYF. As we continue to develop, an Employee Handbook is necessary to be compliant with our funder as well as EXTREMELY important to the foundation of all of our programs so that it can continue to support youth for years to come. This handbook will be used to train staff and serve as the blueprint for quality programming.
