What we'd like to talk about
We are looking for someone to customize our existing Salesforce for Nonprofits account, which is primarily set up for client cases, to include our education and outreach events and workshops.
Additional context
The goal of this call is to ask the opinion of an expert before we request assistance with the Salesforce Database Customization project offered here.
We have worked with individual people and third-party contractors in the past. Our office is also in the middle of transitioning to the lightning version with about one third of employees already on board. We also use Salesforce as a platform Launchpad, a HUD approved housing counseling program. We have encountered several roadblocks throughout all of these transitions. Also, for direct access to our database, a volunteer would need to agree to a background check.
