How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to pour other resources and time into ensuring that vulnerable populations have access to food supports to help their health and wellbeing.
This project will be part of a larger state effort called CalAIM (California Advancing and Innovating Medical (CalAIM). We hope to utilize this report to help policy makers and relevant stakeholders better understand the currently availability of medically-supportive food and nutrition (MSF&N) services, visualize areas of greatest health disparities and patient need, and support integration of MSF&N services into healthcare.
